HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We have three payment options:
1. PAYFAST.
We offer a variety of payment methods through the familiar and trusted PayFast interface. We process MasterCard and Visa credit cards, Instant EFT (with SA’s biggest banks), Masterpass and digital payment.
2. YOCO.
An option that processes MasterCard and Visa credit cards payments securely.
3. ELECTRONIC BANK TRANSFER (EFT).
After selecting this payment method, our banking details will be displayed on the checkout page. Please note that we can only spare item for 3 working days in which to make payment before your order expires.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, due to the intricacy of our designs we make every effort to fulfil your online order within 15 business days from the date of receiving your order. For Custom orders, we need 1-2 months as they are more intricate. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. See our Shipping Policy page for more details.
